Family Psychotherapy Services
Family Therapy
Family therapy can provide a space for all members to express their thoughts and emotions in a supported space which promotes honesty, empathy and safety. This can encourage each family member to be seen and heard, which can increase an understanding of each other's experiences and views; appreciate each other's needs; build on family strengths and make useful changes in their relationships and lives.
This is achieved by using a ‘Family Systems’ Therapeutic approach, which explores the relationship dynamics, behavioural patterns, environmental and economic circumstances, the family’s intergenerational history and much more. This approach aims to increase family functioning through adaptive development and positive change.
If children are within the family structure, a child-centred counselling approach will be adopted. This will be discussed with parents/guidance prior to the session commencing.

MEET KERIME
An Experienced Family Therapist
We believe that no two people see life through the same lens. Our individual experiences are the shades that colour our humanity and inform the inner workings of our minds.
That’s why at Hue, we honour each individual’s unique values, beliefs and experiences to create a compassionate space where a person’s internal processes are seen, heard, and acknowledged.
