How do online counselling appointments work?

Prior to your appointment you will find a quiet and confidential space where you will access you online appointment. You will access you appointment via a link which you will be provided to your prior to your appointment.

Remember you can also do a mixture of in person and online therapy.

What kind of issues can be addressed with online counselling?

Many mental health and emotional issues can be effectively addressed with online counselling. It has been shown to be particularly useful for concerns such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, stress management, and grief and loss. However, the suitability of online counselling depends on the severity of the issue, the individual's comfort with the format, and the therapist's qualifications and experience.

Online counselling is not recommended for individuals in crisis or experiencing severe mental health conditions that require immediate, in-person intervention. In such cases, traditional face-to-face therapy or crisis services are more appropriate.
