Support Group for Foreigners in Copenhagen

Shared Conversations Offer Insight & Connection

Support groups give us a chance to connect with others who understand what we’re going through. They create a safe, encouraging space to share experiences, learn new perspectives, and feel less alone in the challenges of daily life.

Healing happens in the community as much as in one-to-one work.

Our support groups are designed to help you feel seen, heard, and supported with the flexibility of a participant-led drop-in group, or the depth of a facilitator-led series.

Why Join a Support Group?

Belonging: Know that you’re not alone.

  • New Perspectives: Learn how others approach challenges and discover strategies you may not have considered.

  • Emotional Healing: Share openly in a safe space and reduce feelings of isolation.

  • Skills for Life: Practice coping, communication, and relational skills.

  • Accessible: A more affordable alternative to individual therapy, with the power of collective support.

It can be a relief to hear others discuss what they’re going through, and realise you’re not the only one.

Our Two Types of Support Groups

Participant-Led (Drop-In)

  • Format: Open, collaborative, and peer-driven.

  • How it works: Choose from a small set of focus topics each week. Discussion is shaped by the group.

  • Commitment: Mobile pay for confirmation.

Best for: Those who want connection, peer support, and without long-term commitment.

Facilitator-Led (6-Week Program)

  • Format: Closed group guided by a Hue Therapy facilitator.

  • How it works: Runs for 6 weeks, building safety, structure, and depth over time.

  • Commitment: Secure your spot via online payment.

Best for: Those ready to engage in a contained process and explore specific themes with guided support.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We offer both. Participant-led groups are open to newcomers each week. Facilitator-led groups are closed, meaning the same people meet weekly over 6 weeks.

  • We keep groups small, usually 6–8 participants.

  • That’s completely normal. You’ll never be pressured to speak before you’re ready.

  • Some people find that groups meet their needs. Others combine them with individual therapy for deeper support.

  • Not always. Some situations may be better supported in individual therapy. If you’re unsure, we’ll help you find the right fit.

MEET KERIME

Providing Better Online Counselling

We believe that no two people see life through the same lens. Our individual experiences are the shades that colour our humanity and inform the inner workings of our minds.

That’s why at Hue, we honour each individual’s unique values, beliefs and experiences to create a compassionate space where a person’s internal processes are seen, heard, and acknowledged.
