Helping You Feel Safe, Seen, and Steady Again

Hue Therapy helps people navigating burnout, grief, or identity loss begin to feel emotionally safe and seen

This is not just therapy — it's an invitation.

To come back into contact with your feelings. To remember what joy and belonging feel like. To be witnessed with care and compassion, in a space where nothing about you needs to be fixed in order to be seen.

Hue Therapy supports individuals, couples, and families seeking a deeper understanding of who you are. We offer a therapeutic approach that welcomes every part of you.

What We Support Adults With

Some of the areas we offer therapeutic support around include:
  • Grief and loss — of a partner, friend, home, or personal independence

  • Transitions into residential care or supported living environments

  • End-of-life care — for both individuals and families

  • Coping with new or ongoing health conditions, such as acute illness, disability, or Alzheimer’s

  • Navigating changing relationships with family, adult children, or caregivers

  • Processing the psychological impact of dementia and its effect on identity

  • Exploring meaning, legacy, and how to remain connected to the essence of who they are

What We Support Older Adults With

Some of the areas we commonly explore in individual sessions include:
  • Relationships with friends, partners, and family

  • Navigating conflict, trust, and boundaries

  • Building motivation and direction in uncertain times

  • Exploring career pathways and what matters to them

  • Mental health support for anxiety, low mood, and overwhelm

  • Identity development — including gender, sexuality, and sense of self

  • Learning to express and manage anger, frustration, or emotional shutdown

  • Reconnecting to the physical body with gentleness and curiosity

We understand how heavy it can feel to carry all of this alone. Our role is to accompany you, not lead or fix — to help you listen more closely to the parts of you that have long been silenced.
