My name is Andrea Hörandner (she/her), I’m a German/English speaking integrative psychotherapist (MPF) and coach, who supports individuals longing to break free from unconscious patterns, reconnect with their embodied self, and live a more authentic, fulfilling life.
Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, feeling emotionally drained, or seeking more clarity and connection in your relationships, I offer a grounded and compassionate space for deep inner work and sustainable change.
My path into psychotherapy is rooted in over 12 years of experience as a high school teacher, where I developed a strong developmental understanding of human behavior, relational dynamics, and the challenges we face across life stages. Today, I integrate evidence-based methods with somatic, mindfulness-based, and trauma-sensitive approaches to support my clients holistically — body, mind, and heart.

I specialize in working with individuals at turning points in their lives — whether those are internal, external, or both. My practice is based on the belief that awareness and embodiment are the gateways to real transformation.
