I’m Isabella, an English-speaking integrative psychotherapist with a Master’s degree from Regent’s University London. I offer holistic, trauma-informed therapy to people seeking deeper connection with themselves, their relationships, and what truly matters.
Sometimes life feels out of step - familiar patterns lose their meaning, and you can’t quite find your way back to yourself. Therapy offers a space to pause and reflect; not to fix, but to understand yourself and your place in the world. Many people come to therapy during times of change, overwhelm, or loss. I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can bring the parts of yourself that feel stuck, hidden, or in conflict.
I work with clients from all over the world and understand how living between cultures can shape our inner world, relationships, and sense of belonging. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodiversity-informed, and welcoming of all identities and family structures.
Before working in private practice, I supported young adults in a university counselling service and worked in a non-profit setting with individuals and couples navigating the path to parenthood, including infertility, loss, and assisted conception.
At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. Together, we’ll slow down and reflect - gently reconnecting with what’s been missing, silenced, or waiting to be heard.
Isabella's Approach
My approach is integrative and relational, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (parts work), somatic awareness, and trauma-informed practice. This allows our work to be flexible and collaborative - shaped by your needs and the pace that feels right for you.
In practice, this might involve exploring the roots of long-standing patterns, tuning into how emotions live in the body, or working with parts of you that carry pain, protection, or shame. For me, therapy isn’t just about insight - it’s about integration, so you can live more fully aligned with who you are.
While most of my work is with individuals, I also offer couples therapy.I work relationally, with the understanding that conflict often arises from unmet needs—to feel seen, heard, and understood. Together, we’ll explore the deeper dynamics behind communication breakdowns, making space for honesty, repair, and more connected ways of relating.
From late 2025, I will also be offering Integrative EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) as part of my trauma-informed work.
