Everything we experience in life gets stored in our body, and if we ignore it long enough, it will cause tension, pain and discomfort. I work with your body to create connection and balance between body and mind. You will feel lighter, calmer and more in tune with yourself. The nervous system is in the centre of everything I do, and by teaching you to regulate your nervous system, you will learn to let go of tension and ground yourself in a calmer and more meaningful way.Â
I’m a trained body therapist from ManuVision in Copenhagen. I’ve completed courses in Reiki healing in Australia. I’ve received a master's in treating people with PTSD and severe trauma through bodywork. I have completed a course in treating people with a diagnosis, particularly ADHD. Every session starts with a conversation, and then we work with your body on the massage table. My approach is gentle, holistic and focuses on your breathing.
